Dry all day long!

So one of the goals for our Christmas break was to potty train Makenna. She has had interest in the potty for quite some time and a dislike for diapers. We chose Christmas break when we have about 13 uninterrupted days to work on it. Saturday we let her run around in panties all day, we had several accidents, but she was able to feel the wetness, which she did not like!! Sunday we put her in pull ups, and she stayed dry, ALL DAY, even through her nap!! Now if we can take care of #2 and nighttime, we will be good to go! She is proud of herself. In fact, by the end of yesterday she wasn't even asking for the M&M's we were using as treats. She is just as satisfied by our excitement and words of praise. What a great thing this could be! Only 1 in diapers!!!!

Here is a picture I am sure she will hate me one day for, but it is so cute!
