Thanksgiving break

We had a great Thanksgiving break. We started Tuesday night off with dinner with Yaya and Grape. It was a great time. Then Wednesday morning we head out for my Uncle Paul and Aunt Marilyn's house. We always have the best time there. Makenna had a blast, after she quit her shy routine! Makenna found her way to the basement where the slot machines reside. There are 2 machines. Makenna started by moving all of the coins in the payout area to one machine. Then, Uncle Paul turned on the machine, and that is when the fun began! Makenna was sucked in like I imagine people are in Vegas. She had a blast. 2 tokens in and then pull that arm! The lights and sounds were amazing to her. I have now found a toy that can hold her attention longer than Finding Nemo or Cars. She played for so long.




Cooper had a good time. Of course everyone took their turns playing with him. On the way out of town he got the cold Makenna had earlier in the week. He slept a lot. He ate some. He played with his younger cousin a little, but their schedules seemed to be opposite.


The food of course was great. We ate tons. As we sat down to dinner Makenna informed Keith that she needed ice cream! What a hoot. We can't wait to go back.
